The congregation of Milden Presbyterian Church welcomes you to our website and looks forward to soon welcoming you to our little church

as well. Founded in 1888 and located on the Rappahannock River in Sharps, Virginia, Milden is the oldest Presbyterian Church on the Northern Neck.  Whether a resident of the Northern Neck or a visitor, you will find Milden Presbyterian a friendly and spiritually fulfilling place to worship.

We are a simple and unpretentious church and this is reflected in our web site.  Here you can find information on our services, our activities, our members, and other information about us.  Please look over our site and then join us for worship in the sanctuary this Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. and, if you wish, Sunday Bible Study beginning as 10:00 a.m. every Sunday morning in the ajoining Fellowship Hall.

7.8 Magnitude Earthquake Devastates Nepal

Much Help Need

Presbyterian Disaster Service is engaged in providing much needed assistance to the victims of the recent 7.8 earthquake in Nepal.  Even being near the top of the world does not spare people from the ravages of nature and in this case there are estimates of more than 2500 people having died.  Nepal is a poor country and there is no way it can provide needed relief to its people without the help of the world. Please find it in your heart to reach out to the Nepalese by contributing to the Presbyterian Disaster Service.  You can donate in one of two ways. One is thru the internet by just clicking on the PCUSA logo at right.

The other is by making your donation by check and mailing it to:

Used with permission's Good Samaritan Fund helps us meet the basic needs of friends and members of Milden Presbyterian Church. This fund is separate from the budget and exists only because of the generosity of those more fortunate.

Supporting this fund through your donations is a wonderful way to help those who need help in an anonymous way.  Should you wish to make a contribution to the "Good Sam" fund simply make out a check (payable to MIlden Presbyterian Church and annotated for the Good Samaritan Fund) for whatever amount you heart calls on you to give and either place it in the collection plate or mail it to: Treasurer, Milden Presbyterian Church, PO Box 31, Sharps, VA 22548
